Sabo is the second-in-command of the Revolutionary Army, serving as the right-hand man to Monkey.D.Dragon, the leader. He is friends with Koala, Emporio Ivankov, Bartolomeo, and Nico Robin, who is part of Luffy's pirate crew. Sabo is unaware that Bartolomeo is currently captured. He holds a deep affection for his younger brother.

Sabo excels in strategic planning, leadership, and combat skills. He is well-versed in the politics of the One Piece world and is a master of the Dragon Claw fighting style. Sabo can also use Haki, a mysterious power that allows him to sense others' presence and intentions.
