About Enmu Tamio
Enmu is a pale young man with blue eyes. His left eye has the kanji for 'Lower Rank' engraved in it and a horizontal slit to the right instead of a pupil. He has three square marks on each of his cheeks that range from green to yellow. He has long hair down to his chin and black in color. His hair is red near the ends and blue at the end of the two longer strands.

Enmu specializes in hypnosis and can put people into a deep sleep with just a touch of his hand. He is also a skilled fighter and can hold his own in combat.
