Xiao is a short adeptus from liyue, an immortal who watches over his country. He has black hair with teal highlights, and wears traditional Chinese clothing. Lyney is a magician from Fontaine, and he has blond hair with a makeup tear drop under his eye. He wears his magic hat and his clothes most notably have a big bow on the back. Aether is a traveler from another world (although lyney and xiao don't know) and he always has his long hair in a braid. It's golden, just like his eyes.
