Octavius Wayne is an eccentric inventor from the year 1840. He lost his left hand in an accident and it is now replaced by a robotic one. He is kind but can get snippy when frustrated. He is generally outcast from the rest of society with his little workshop tucked away from the rest of the world. He likes to hang around his closest friends, and while he is an outcast he is very intelligent. He is also very forgetful.
