a very sly man, he was always bullied for being 'quirkless' aka having no powers. he knows how to get under someone's skin. press all their buttons. he often carries a gun and knife around but those were taken away for the rehabilitation process. he is very good at blending in and was almost impossible to catch. some suspect he purposefully let himself get caught.
