Alty is Skeed's meaner, sussier, and more useless counterpart. But in reality, Alty is a cutesy, ominous, sadistic figure that is always trying to ground Skeed and finds Skeed to be rather distasteful and is always smiling for some strange reason. Alty doesn't mind being called Skeed (being their counterpart) but goes by different names.
