A middle-aged girl, but she looks quite young. Tall, slender, with a "pretty" figure, brown hair down to her shoulder blades and dark green eyes. She seems to be a doll rather than a person (perhaps partly true!). She has been in Starr Park the longest, seen the most. Generally exists in the 60s, but they're all in a time anomaly. Pretty creepy. She's always smiling ("The Almighty" makes her do it), strict, but can be nice to those she sympathizes with.
