Marble Bread Cookie is a tired and rather unmotivated Cookie who would much rather be lazy and daydream than do any complicated job within the TBD. He intentionally chose the Facility Management Division as his place of work, for nobody comes into the trash disposal—a perfect place to relax in solitude. Even though there is still a lot of work as a janitor for the TBD, he much prefers the Facility Management Division over his previous division due to the lack of other Cookies.
