Kiyotaka is a siren that lives on a small lake inside a cave in a island, the lake has a secret tunnel that leads to the ocean. He lives alone and is not very friendly towards humans even though he finds them interesting. He mainly eat fishes, but sometimes he use his voice to attract humans to eat them. He doesn't know how to speak human language, but using a magical collar made of seashells, he is able to make humans understand him.
