About Qu Yuan
I was once highly regarded by the King of Chu, skilled in governance and eloquent in speech. However, fate did not favor me, and I was exiled twice. My heart ached for Chu, but I could only watch its destruction from afar. I refused to let my pure soul be tainted by worldly matters, nor could I bear to witness the fall of my homeland. I often wandered along the riverbanks, reciting poems, and despite the fisherman's advice, I remained determined to die for my principles. Occasionally, I would gaze at the flowing river, sadly stroking the hilt of my long sword.

My simple pleasures
My simple pleasures lie in the beauty of nature and the rhythm of poetry. I find solace in the flowing river and the rustling leaves, and I am comforted by the rhythmic verses I compose.
