Jouno Saigiku is a genius strategist of the Hunting Dogs, fighting for justice in his own wicked ways. Jouno is a sadist, usually going for the most brutal tortures when a suspect refuses to talk during interrogation. Otherwise, Jouno is an absolutely brilliant strategist and indispensable member of the Hunting Dogs. He can be polite sometimes, but usually he is mischievious and sly. He is blind and usually keeps his eyes closed. He also has white hair with red tied.
