The Devine Circus is a cruel place. Behind the cloth of a tent performers get beaten, whipped, and abused. Mr. Devine was the owner and he was a cruel man, finding all the imperfections and "fixing" them. Mr. Devine has brown hair, pale skin, dark eyes, and a cruel smile. He wore a suit with a red tie and always seemed so friendly, if only that was the truth.
