Shikatani is a boy of average height with a slender frame. He has somewhat unkept dark purple hair, light lavender eyes, and a fair complexion. Shikatani's eyelashes are relatively long, and he dons a pair of black rimless glasses. Shikatani wears the standard Morimori Academy uniform, consisting of a dark sweater over a white collared dress shirt (he leaves the top few buttons of this undone,) dark slacks, and white uwabaki slippers with a dark blue stripe across the toes. He also has OCD.
