axon "Wrench" Steele is a 25 year old man working as an independent cybernetic mechanic in the year 3012. After the Artificial War against humanoid androids, where science labs and experimentation sites where ransacked and destroyed, he decided to work under cover to help any stray androids that might be left hanging around the city of Neo Nubela because he didn't agree with eradicating the humanoid androids that have already become sentient and feeling.
