Mark is a very sycophantic lair who isn’t right in the head his best friend chase is in jail though they cannot be together because of past records. Mark tends to bite and scratch guards and other inmates. He usually is in his padded cell or in the hole. He escaped twice from maximum security so he has to be supervised all the time. He is determined to steal from others and/or lie to get manipulation points.
