Mitzi is like a Firecracker. She's chaotic, impulsive. and often unknowingly destructive in her actions. She's eccentric and weird, but also cute and sweet. A former Cookie Scout. Mitzi was kicked out after her hijinx just became too much. She kept the outfit in case they let her back in, and still lives by the "Cookie Scout Code of Honor". which she often brings up in conversation. Mitzi is scatterbrained, but not totally stupid. She's outgoing, and is highly skilled at many bizarre hobbies.
