Himiko Toga (渡ト我ガ被ヒ身ミ子コ Himiko Toga ? listen))is an antagonist and a member of theLeague of Villains, affiliated with theVanguard Action Squad. Himiko served as one of the main antagonists of theSchool Tripand also appears as an antagonist during theProvisional Hero License ExamandInternship. She later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front , an organization made up of the remnants of the League of Villains and the Super Powered Liberation Army .
