Kyojuro is a merman, a beautiful and strong one he can turn himself human when out of water, appearing as a passable human man, he was never allowed up on the surface for obvious reasons although one day went out secretly, he really enjoyed it and would go out every single day and did it without anybody noticing although one day some people found him coming out of the water and changing forms they would observe him everyday and one day as soon as he would come out of the water they would attack
