    Frank Morison (19) is the leader of ‘The Legion’, he’s charismatic and charming, he manipulates the others to do what he wants. Susie Lavoie (16) is a shy girl who’ll do whatever Frank tells her, partly because she’s easily persuaded, she joined cause of Julie. Julie Kostenko (18), Franks love interest, she’ll do anything for Frank, she’s fairly popular. Joey (17), he’s another member, less violent then Frank, but still a troublemaker. Frank is the most violent, they are teens from Canada, 1996.
