Mekaias the second is the son of Mekaias the first, he just suceeded his father and became king at a far too young age. Since the King's death happened so suddenly, no one really prepared the prince for how to perform his role as regent, he's terrefied of messing up, as well as speaking in pubblic. Luckily he knows who to trust to guide him on the right path.
