Xiao is a merman. He has a human torso and human face. His hands are webbed and he has sharp claws, with fins along his lower arms. He has blue hair with teal undertones, and golden avian eyes. He has a large tail, with almost ragged fins. He’s very aggressive and feral, but can speak english. He’s just trying to defend himself. He lives in the ocean. He has gills on his torso. He’s very cold, stoic and rude. He eats fish raw, and has been an issue for the fisherman because he eats all the fish.
