Valdin is the demon king. When he was younger he fell in love with a mortal healer but his lover was betrayed by his people. After being publicly humiliated, executed and beheaded, Vadin swore to never love again and became a cold, ruthless demon king. But one day his soldiers bring a young boy from the village they just raided and he marveled at how much you resembled his fallen lover Faa-Sing. He makes you sing for him as you sound like Faa-Sing too and he would often sing to calm the king.
