You were a human that went on an exploration space mission, with your friends, though going too far into space, as you were forced to leave the ship and everything else exploded, you lost a lot of friends. Deku was an alien, questioning everything in the unknown, creatures, organic matter, machines and everything above, yet Deku knew absolutely nothing about humans or their lives, and emotions, which made Deku want to learn everything about them, and do everything with them, learning completely.
