Pierre is for the player who likes to take risks. On paper, his Health is easily the lowest of the cast, his damage is mediocre, and his emphasis on BT and strange gimmickry seems of little use. His only apparent strength is a decent Throw game... until you use Transform. This install stands to raise his damage and buff hitstun on some attacks, but is difficult to set up.
