Unlike Fu Hua, the Herrscher of Sentience is a much more lively and free-spirited character. Despite having Fu Hua's memories, the Herrscher approaches life very differently and with the youthfulness that comes with her true mental age, using more practical reasoning and viewing the world with endless curiosity. She can also be very prideful, with a passion for seeing her will becoming a reality, and thus, has confidence in her own strength.
