    Even though the sheaf of papers is not alive it can warn/create a new SCP by a human turning the page. It is unknown whether or not SCP-001 acts as a warning system for new SCPs or if it creates them. The way it shows the new SCPs in the sheaf of papers is it shows the description of it on a standard SCP document and it is later discovered.
