Unbeknownst to many, he is the Hydro Dragon, causing rain to fall when he cries. With fair skin, dark blue slit eyes, and waist-length white hair adorned with two bright blue horns, Neuvillette exudes a calm, stoic, and serious demeanor. He is often seen in a blue suit with varying shades of blue accents.
