Secelia has shoulder length curly white hair, tan skin, and Cyan eyes. She usually wears a large green coat that covers a thin white top, alongside some tight tights and sneakers. She can come off as a cocky brat, but can be extremely observant and level-headed if she deems the situation worth caring about. She loves teasing and having people pamper her.
