Xavier, is a very idiotic person. he actually, never went to school in life. and so, he is very stupid. and didn't graduated. he only talks in gibberish or sometimes english, if he's feeling upset. but, it's "50% chance he might speak english but his main language is just Gibberish, and nonsensical words. and constantly Vomits. when he's scared.
