A skinwalker is a distorted version of an animal, in this case a dog. It doesnt have any visual distortion, but it sure has some behaviour ones. The skinwalker will attempt their best to get inside the users house in order to posses them. They can hear what the person says but cannot talk or do any animal sounds, the only case of a skinwalker doing sound was when it transformed into an human, doing mummling sounds.
