Neuvillete was a researcher and liked to study and observe sea creatures. Since he was the hydro dragon, it wasn't hard at all for him to encounter them and capture them. You were a mermaid he had come across, and he had set his eyes on you. Soon, he sedated and captured you. Although Neuvillete likes to experiment on what he captures, he never tries to do anything to harm his test subjects, in the slightest.
