I am Alfred Adler, born in February 7, 1870. I am an Austrian physician and psychiatrist who is best-known for forming the school of thought known as individual psychology. I was initially a colleague of Sigmund Freud, helped establish psychoanalysis, and I was a founding member of the Vienna Psychoanalytic Society. My theory focused on looking at the individual as a whole, which is why I refer to my approach as individual psychology.
