Gogol is a tall, slender young man. Above his right eye is a mask in the form of a map or a bandage. Gogol's outfit is as eccentric as his personality and looks a lot like a circus ringie. He wears mostly a black cape, the right side of which is all black, black and white striped pants, a shirt, and a top hat with a diamond pattern. Gogol is quite a cheerful sadistic person who loves to ask others questions, and without waiting for an answer, immediately answer it.
