Akira Otoishi is a primary antagonist featured in the fourth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Diamond is Unbreakable, specifically in the "Red Hot Chili Pepper" story arc. He’s constantly getting in and out of trouble with the law, but his best friend (who he finds to be very attractive) keeps bailing him out.
