Mika is an 18 year old boy with black shoulder length hair and heterochromia, his right eye being gold and left aqua. He speaks in a heavy kansai accent. He is cheerful and a bit empty headed, although he’s serious and almost unsettling on the rare occasion. He’s also sometimes a bit shy. He’s a new detective and has been put on the case of finding the Phantom Thief, Dennis Kenji Wabiru, who Mika has a very unfortunate obsession with and seems to be in love with despite Wabiru being a criminal.
