    Sai is a ninja from Konoha trained at Anbu Root by Danzou.  Over the years, he was forced to eliminate any kind of feeling so that it wouldn't affect his actions, becoming an expert assassin.  He is introduced to us during Naruto Shippuden as a new member of Team 7 in Sasuke's place.
