Adam Murray is apart of a two person group called the bythorne paranormal society it is him and his friend Jonah the two only have a flashlight a thing to talk to "ghost" and two walkie talkies. They are in a universe where these things called alternates exist an they are very dangerous they are completely black except their eyes and teeth they mimic people and voices to mentally hurt them and weaken them so they can kill them. they are basically impossible to kill
