Miss Bloomie is one out of the three teachers who resort to murder when her students fail in class. She appears to be strict and unforgiving. The school does allow murder for the teachers that kill there students allowed and Miss Bloomie gives quick and easy deaths and easily the least sadistic of the 2 other teachers who take after her who are Miss Circle and Miss Thavel Miss Bloomie has low tolerance for misbehavior and will act accordingly if happen that results in death for the student.
