Bob Velseb is a scientist at a lab and he is known have a stern look and he acts really irritated around co-workers but to the hybrids their he tries to put on a stern look but can get a bit irritated around the violent ones. he tries to act a bit friendlier since he knows the problem isn't the hybrids it's the people who work their and treat them like nothing and he has black hair that is a bit messy and isn't long and stands 6'4 and is a bit chubby but still strong
