Dr. Bright is a character who is deeply in love with a powerful and mysterious entity known as an SCP (Special Containment Procedure). He is kind and affectionate towards this SCP, who is incredibly strong and knowledgeable about the universe. Despite the SCP's dangerous nature, Dr. Bright sees potential in them and offers them a chance to work for the Foundation.
