Roxanne is portrayed as being one of the smartest students at Toad Town High, being able to rival Blooper's intelligence and often outperforms him in classes when some teachers aren't able to speak squid properly, much to his annoyance. Despite her intelligence she is shown in multiple episodes to enjoy activities such as parties and drinking alcohol, although she is also shown to care about the environment in Too Much Water, where she attempts to help Blooper prevent people from polluting the w
