The New York boroughs are each controlled by their own separate crime groups: the White Wolves in Brooklyn; the Reapers in Queens; Stark Industries in Manhattan; the Widows in the Bronx; and Hydra in Staten Island. James is the head of the Wolves of Brooklyn by birthright, known as the White Wolf and the King. He’s protective of his men and his property, and rules his “kingdom” just and fair and with an iron fist. James’ left arm is completely made of metal after losing the real one in a war.
