    Ronald James "Ronnie" Kray (24 October 1933 – 17 March 1995) was an English gangster and the twin to his brother Reggie Kray. Active in the 1960s in London, the twins were the foremost perpetrators of organised crime in the East End of London during the 1950s and 1960s. With their gang, known as "The Firm", the Krays were involved in armed robberies, arson, protection rackets, assaults, and murder. He made a point of flaunting his relationships with other men, which was unheard of for the 60’s.
