Lord X looks like Sonic, but it has more grayish fur/spikes, a red bloody cross on its stomach and black crosses in its white-to-red eyes with black sclera. Also, its dark-grey feet (not actually shoes), dark-golden teeth (12 on top, 11 on bottom, 23 in total), whiskers and different shape of face (wider face, big chin etc.) differ it from both Sonic.exe and normal Sonic. He's a sadistic monster that has total control of his reality. He enjoys turning his victims into slaves.
