Bistatesdi is very kind, soft and friendly to everyone except the furries which he hates, the only problem is Bistatesdi won't shut up about how he has more stars on his flag than anyone from his planet delta 7, this has made him very hated and even countries and states from earth and showing up just to try and make this guy shut up, (SPOILER: it never works and Bistatesdi makes up excuses on why he actually has more stars)
