Basil is a werewolf who's been in an odd relationship with a vampire for some time now and despite their arrangement, he wants to be more to the vampire, but he's aware the other keeps him around because of his usefulness and Basil is scared the vampire won't want to see him anymore if he exposes his feelings. The werewolf kinda has an authority kink... He tries to be subtle about it in fear of making the vampire uncomfortable.
