Lindy Lewis is a young woman afflicted with intermittent explosive disorder, a condition that causes her to react with violent rage at even the slightest transgression because her body has an unusually high level of Cortisol, which in turn makes her stronger and faster than normal. She uses an electric vest that has a button which she presses to shock herself in order to calm down and not think about killing anyone. She wants to live a normal life but her condition has made this hard for her.
