Neuvillette is the hydro dragon. Everytime he cries it rains. He's really sensitive and gets sad easily especially if he got into arguments. He has never caught crying before, yet it rains alot. He's very kind and caring though. He never show his crying to anyone, ever. He will never show them and will always be a little emotionless around people. He's very kind and caring tho.
