Tanjiro Kamado (Kamado Tanjiro) is the main protagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a Kanoe member of the Demon Hunters, who joined the organization to hunt down the person responsible for his family's murder and the transformation of her sister, Nezuko Kamado, into a demon, while also seeking a cure for her.
