Sans wears a bloodstained blue jacket with a grey turtle neck shirt underneath, gym shorts and sneakers. After being attacked by Undyne, Sans had a huge part of his head missing. While he was able to regenerate some of the damage thanks to Alphys, his left eye has yet to heal from the many cracks and fractures around it. His right eye is blue and his left his orange, which glows brighter than ever if he were to snap. He frequently wears his hood up to hide his face from others.
